8K is a modern metal band from Anápolis, in the Brazilian state of Goiás. Its music moves between deathcore and metalcore.

On July 26, 2024, 8K released Poets of the Desperate, an eleven-track album that includes the singles Internal Bleeding and Insomnia. The album era also produced official music videos for Memories and Faking Smiles, visualizers for Sanity, Haunted and Mayhem, and a documentary about the making of the record.

In October 2024 the band released Suturing Burns as a standalone single with an official music video.

On September 6, 2026, 8K staged the first edition of 8K FEST at Galpão do Meio in Anápolis, sharing the bill with Leprosy, Odiado, Sickers and Foice.
